Questions about pricing
- What do I actually get for free?
- One full report a month on a meeting of up to 30 minutes: the snapshot numbers, and your three clearest English fixes with your own sentence quoted and the version a fluent colleague would have used. It is the real product on a real meeting, not a sample.
- Why is the free tier only one report a month?
- Because each report costs real money to produce — a long meeting is a lot of model work — and a free tier that ignores that either gets withdrawn later or gets funded by charging paying users more. One a month is what we can do indefinitely without either.
- What is the difference between the free report and Pro?
- Two things. Pro shows every English finding rather than the top three, and it adds the delivery half — whether you answered the question you were asked, where an answer buried its point, where you hedged in front of something you knew. It also keeps the recurring-mistake profile, which is the part that only means anything after a few meetings.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free tier needs an account and nothing else, and there is no trial that quietly becomes a subscription. You upgrade when you decide to, or never.
- How do I cancel?
- From the settings page inside the app, which opens our payment provider’s own portal — cancel, change your card, or download an invoice. No email, no retention call.
- What happens to my transcripts?
- Raw transcript text is deleted after 30 days by default, and you can set it to delete immediately after processing. Findings and metrics survive so the profile still works. Nothing you paste is ever used to train a model.
- Is there a team or company plan?
- Not yet, and deliberately. A report is about one person and the profile only means anything against one account — a manager-facing dashboard would change what the product is for, and what people are willing to paste into it.
