Questions about pricing
- What do I actually get for free?
- One report a month on a meeting of up to 30 minutes: the snapshot numbers, one finding on how you came across, and your three clearest English fixes with your own sentence quoted and the version a fluent colleague would have used. The recurring-mistake profile and Practice are part of Pro.
- Why is the free tier only one report a month?
- Because each report costs real money to produce, and a long meeting is a lot of model work. A free tier that ignores that either gets withdrawn later or gets funded by charging paying users more. One a month is what we can do indefinitely without either.
- What is the difference between the free report and Pro?
- Free gives you a real report: the snapshot, your three clearest English fixes and one finding on how you came across. Pro lifts the caps (every English finding rather than three, every delivery finding rather than one), keeps the recurring-mistake profile, which only means anything after a few meetings, and adds Practice: short drills built from your own mistakes.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free tier needs an account and nothing else, and there is no trial that quietly becomes a subscription. You upgrade when you decide to, or never.
- How do I cancel?
- From the settings page inside the app, which opens our payment provider’s own portal. Cancel there, change your card, or download an invoice. No email, no retention call.
- What happens to my transcripts?
- Raw transcript text is deleted after 30 days by default, and you can set it to delete immediately after processing. Findings and metrics survive so the profile still works. Nothing you paste is ever used to train a model.
- Why not just paste this into ChatGPT?
- You should try that first. It is free, and for one meeting it is genuinely useful. The difference is what it will not tell you: a chatbot answers confidently either way, paraphrases your sentence while presenting it as a quote, and starts from nothing every time. Here every finding is matched against the transcript before you see it and dropped if it does not match, your client is pseudonymised rather than analysed alongside you, and the count carries across meetings. - Is there a team or company plan?
- Not yet, and deliberately. A report is about one person and the profile only means anything against one account. A manager-facing dashboard would change what the product is for, and what people are willing to paste into it.
- Do I have to paste every transcript?
- No. Connect Fathom or Microsoft Teams from the app, and each new meeting in English arrives by itself, ready for a report. On Pro, every one can be reported as it arrives. Zoom, Google Meet and more are on the way; until then, pasting or uploading works from any tool.
