How to get the transcript out of Avoma
Avoma transcribes and analyses meetings; the raw transcript sits under the notes.
- 1Open the meeting in Avoma.
- 2Switch from the notes or summary to the transcript.
- 3Copy the transcript, or download it if your plan includes export.
- 4Paste it in and say which speaker is you.
Common questions
- Is the Avoma summary the same as the transcript?
- No. The summary is generated from the transcript and your original sentences do not survive it. Coaching on your English needs the words you actually said, so take the transcript itself.
- Can I use Avoma transcripts for my own coaching?
- Yes. Avoma is usually deployed by a team, but pasting your own transcript into a personal account is separate from it and produces a report only you see.
